Assessment & Accountability

We meet each and every person on a 1-2-1 basis when they first start with us. We want to get to know you, what your goals are and what your training and nutrition history is like. We will use this time to help you set goals and time frames, and also to establish a training and nutrition plan for the weeks ahead. We will ideally meet each person for a follow up check in every 1-2 weeks thereafter until they have achieved their goals, and during these check-ins we will assess progress, getting feedback from you and making necessary adaptations to your training and nutrition plans dependant on your progress. This is a huge thing for anybody training with GNS, that accountability from meeting your trainer regularly in a 1-2-1 setting is vitally important as you strive to get results.

Nutrition Planning

You will notice that we talk about not using a one size fits all approach with our clients and that is very much the case when it comes to your nutrition planning. We will work with you over a period of weeks and months to help you establish a nutrition strategy that works for you, that you enjoy and most importantly gets results. We will start off by getting a good foundation in place and then as the weeks progress we will make adaptations during our weekly 1-2-1 check ins.

PT Training

Our small group personal training sessions are just that, one of our trainers will supervise small groups of people with each person working on their own individual training program. Each person will have their own training program, because let’s face it everybody has their own individual goals and need a program to match that goal, we don’t do ‘one size fits all’. For example a group could easily consist of a 70 year old woman working on her hip strengthening program, a 20 year old athlete working on his upper body strength building program, a middle aged man working on a fat loss program…….you get the picture, personal training within a group environment. All these sessions are 30 mins in length so wont eat into your day, get in-work hard- get out, no messing about!
