PT Training
Our small group personal training sessions are just that, one of our trainers will supervise small groups of people with each person working on their own individual training program. Each person will have their own training program, because let’s face it everybody has their own individual goals and need a program to match that goal, we don’t do ‘one size fits all’. For example a group could easily consist of a 70 year old woman working on her hip strengthening program, a 20 year old athlete working on his upper body strength building program, a middle aged man working on a fat loss program…….you get the picture, personal training within a group environment. All these sessions are 30 mins in length so wont eat into your day, get in-work hard- get out, no messing about!
