Here’s What’s Going To Happen When You Sign Up To Our Online Group PT:
- To begin, you will receive an information pack, asking you to fill out a questionnaire & schedule a time for your initial assessment.
- Once you fill out your questionnaire, your coach will conduct a 15 minute video assessment with you via Zoom at your preferred time to identify your goals and create an action plan.
- Post assessment, you will receive a follow up email with a link to your preferred times for your 2 group PT sessions per week.
- You will gain access to the RYPT app which will store your training plan, coupled with the exercise video library so you can train independently at home.
- Every week, you will check-in with your coach via a video Zoom call to discuss your progress.
- All that’s left for you to do is to put in the hard work!

”I joined GNS on 20th Dec 2017. I’d had a pretty crappy year and hadn’t been exercising due to health issues and pure laziness. I was starting to burst out of a size 14, having been a comfortable 12 for most of my adult life and knew I needed to get myself sorted.

”I’d been training with GNS for 2.5 years when I became pregnant on baby #3.
After a tough 2nd pregnancy (Pelvic girdle pain PGP and Post Natal depression) I was nervous I would have to give up training… Something that had become a lifeline for me physically and mentally.
But, with the ok from my consultant and the best trainers a girl could ask for, I’ve trained throughout my pregnancy with no issues. The goals changed but the work stayed the same. I experienced so many benefits as a result of continuing to train.
With spot on nutrition and maintaining decent strength I’ve very little PGP this time round. I’m still really active both inside and outside the gym.
I sleep really well (for the most part… I am still pregnant) and have really good energy. Mentally I get the much needed endorphins from my training (within an RPE range of 6/7 right Aaron) and the support from the GNS family is first class!”
