Just like our in-gym clients, we build a personalised online training and nutrition plan around you and give you the tools, accountability and guidance you need to achieve the absolute maximum results possible in that time.

Do I need a gym membership?

Not necessarily, although it would help to get the most out of the programme. You can still get great results with a home gym or a small amount of home workout equipment.

What is online coaching?

Our online coaching packages allow you to benefit from the skills and expertise of a GNS Fitness coach, no matter where you are in Ireland. Once you sign up for online training, you will be allocated to an experienced GNS personal trainer.

Based on the information you provide regarding your lifestyle, access to equipment and goal, your coach will design a bespoke personal training and nutrition plan for you to follow independently, whether at home or your gym.

Your coach will then work with you remotely via weekly email check–ins and the Heroic app messaging feature to support and coach you to your goal.

Is online coaching cheaper than in person?

Online coach takes place remotely and therefore does not involve one-to-one contact with a personal trainer. To reflect this, our online personal training packages are set at a lower price point than in-person training.

Is online coaching effective?

Online coaching can be incredibly effective. Why spend countless hours, weeks or even years muddling along from scraps of knowledge here and there when you could head straight to the source and benefit from the most up-to-date knowledge and state-of-the-art progress tracking? We have the tools, knowledge, expertise and passion to help you turn your goal into reality, wherever you are in Ireland.

However, because online training takes place remotely, you will not have one-on-one contact with a coach. As a result, you need to be self-motivated to make the most out of your investment.

However, your training package will be tailored to your requirements and your trainer will work with you to adjust the plan as necessary based on your weekly progress.

How long is an online coaching course?

Generally speaking, most of our online training packages start from around one month. However, we recommend doing at least three months as, generally, it will take at least this long to make a lasting habit and lifestyle change and see a real return on your investment.

Many of our clients have been training with us online for far longer than this, and we can help you navigate and execute multiple goals based on your changing priorities.
