Our Facilities

All our gyms are extremely well-equipped, with assisted plate-loaded machines that you will not find in a regular personal training studio. We have also integrated Polar – a heart rate monitoring system that allows us to track and monitor your progress through an app for our classes to ensure you are kept accountable at all times. All these people are seeking something ‘special’ – an atmosphere and knowledge absent from big box commercial gyms, and small, poorly-equipped and sterile personal training studios.

The 12 week transformation program is the perfect package to help you get the results you want. We will work with you on both your training & nutrition to ensure this happens. Most importantly, included in this package is the weekly check-ins. This is where we will take a deeper look into your nutrition and goal setting. This is a vital component to get the best results possible over the 12 weeks. This program would be ideal for those looking at working on getting life changing results, whilst also building their training & nutrition education.

The GNS standard program is for people who just want to train under guidance and accountability of proper professionals. The training will be geared to your level of fitness and capability, and you get a great combination of GNS small group personal training & larger group classes, all of which create a fun, challenging training program.

  • Up to 5 sessions per week (2 PT / 3 x Classes)
  • Unlimited access to all online classes
  • Weekly Coach Check-ins INCLUDED through Zoom & Email
  • Nutrition planning & Goal setting

The Standard + Check-ins program takes all the expertise and training guidance of the standard program and adds in the weekly check-in’s with the coach. The weekly check-in’s gives you the opportunity to work with a coach on your goalsetting, mindset & feedback and nutrition. We will help implement a nutrition strategy that helps you achieve the best results possible. This program would be aimed at those needing short term accountability in the form of Check-ins. For example, someone that has already achieved really good results, but occasionally needs the accountability to help maintain those results and avoid slipping back.

  • Up to 4 individual 1:1 sessions with a trainer per month
  • Up to 5 sessions per week (2 PT / 3 x Classes)
  • Unlimited access to all online classes
  • Weekly Coach Check-ins INCLUDED through Zoom & Email
  • Nutrition planning & Goal setting
  • Full access to our On-Demand Library

The gold standard program takes all the best parts of the other programs and adds in weekly high-level one to one personal training sessions with a senior trainer. These high-level sessions take your training to a whole new level. We will work specifically on programs that are geared entirely towards your goals. These are the best programs for transforming your body and getting into the best shape possible. Places are limited and members need to apply to do this program, as the level of commitment required may not suit everyone. The highest level of results are guaranteed for those that commit to this program.
