Once you have purchased the membership you will be granted access to book classes from our schedule for next week 💪⁣

Once you book a class / purchase a membership you will receive an automated email with instructions on how to access the class you have booked ✅⁣

Regarding the class set up - You will be 𝐜𝐨𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝 in every session, kept 𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 and receive 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 through the full session. All eyes will be on you 😎⁣

If it’s the case that you do not wish to have your video camera turned on during the session that is perfectly ok but, we’d like to encourage you to keep it on to gain maximum value from the classes 💪⁣

We’ll be adding more class times to the timetable to allow for greater flexibility in the near future. Stay tuned ✅⁣

Please note, all our Facebook/Instagram Live classes are moving to live Zoom classes from next Monday (where we can see you, and push you thus improving the quality of the classes)💪⁣

You will receive 1 month of unlimited classes for €65. We’ve added more slots to allow for greater flexibility. Classes will be 7am, 10am & 7pm daily Monday - Saturday. ⁣
